Step4: Go back to SWA Website and Complete The Registration
>>Double Check If the name after the “Referred By” is cutiectie and a name Catherine Fe Prenda beside it.(If NOT, Close the Site, Clear all your Cookies and Cache Memory) and SIGN UP HERE again.
>>Enter all the required information.
- For New Members Username: Choose a username that you will not forget
- For New Members Full Name: Simply type in your complete name
- For Password: Choose Password that you will only use in SWA.
- For Confirm Password: Simply retype your password
- For Amount Paid: Put the amount you deposited
- For Payment Date: Put the date when you deposited the payment
- For Transaction Number: Enter the transaction number you got from the payment option you choose
- For Branch of Deposit: Put the bank branch where you deposited your payment
- Then Click the SUBMIT Button.
>>after clicking submit button you're done just wait 24hrs or up to 2days for your account approval you will then receive a confirmation letter on you email and your are now officially a SWA member.
